Sparks flew at London Fashion Week as JimmyPaul presented his AW26 collection,‘ROAM’, in collaboration with Pokémon and licensee company Difuzed. The show was a joyful and high-voltage celebration that aligned with the global gaming juggernaut's 30th anniversary. The collection collided pop culture and couture, inviting viewers into a vibrant world sewn together with sweet nostalgia and JimmyPaul's colourful future-forward vision.
The project originated with JimmyPaul’s longstanding love for Pokémon. According to the designer, the concept developed organically once the opportunity arose. “There is always a certain level of pressure when collaborating with a major global brand. But I wasn’t worried. My love for Pokémon runs so deep that I mainly felt excitement. It felt natural and joyful rather than intimidating. Growing up, Pokémon shaped my imagination. I dreamed of becoming a Pokémon Trainer and creating my own universe. This collaboration feels like bringing those childhood dreams to life."
